The challenge

A two-branch local barbershop with strong reputation needed to underwrite expansion.

Two-branch barbershop with a strong local reputation and steady walk-in traffic. The owner wanted to expand to four branches but couldn't underwrite the new leases on gut feel. Existing booking-fill was steady but not predictable enough at the right cost per booking to make the unit economics work for new locations. They needed two things: a way to drive predictable bookings per branch, and dashboards that proved (to themselves and to their bank) that each new location would hit profitability inside the first quarter of operation.

What we did

Per-location Google Business Profile optimization so each branch ranked in its own neighborhood pack, branch-specific Google Ads on "barber near me" + grooming-service intent, conversion-tracked booking flow on a unified site, and branch-level dashboards showing cost-per-booking and capacity utilization in near-real-time.

We built a per-location booking flywheel that pre-staged each new branch's demand BEFORE the lease was signed. Per-location Google Business Profile: each branch optimized to rank in its own neighborhood pack — different photos, different service emphases per neighborhood, different review-generation flows. Branch-specific Google Ads: "barber near me" + grooming-service intent campaigns targeted to each branch's catchment area, with conversion-tracked booking flow on a unified site. Branch-level dashboards: near-real-time cost-per-booking and capacity utilization per branch, so the owner could see exactly when a location was filling and when to push more ad spend. When the third and fourth leases were signed, both opened with paid traffic already routing to them — and both hit profitability inside Q1 of operation.
