Do I have to be an existing client to refer?
No. Anyone can refer. If someone you sent becomes a client, the $200 is yours.
What counts as "signed"?
They become an active paying client — first monthly invoice billed and paid. Cancelled engagements before billing don't qualify, but those are rare.
When do I get paid?
Within 30 days of their first invoice being paid. We email you to confirm and ask how you'd like it: Venmo, PayPal, ACH, or paper check.
What if I refer multiple businesses?
Every signed referral is $200. No cap. No tier game.
Will they know I referred them?
Only if you tell us to mention you in the note. We default to keeping the referral source private.
What if the referral was already in conversation with you?
We honor first-touch — if we already had an active conversation with them before your referral arrived, we tell you so. If you genuinely brought them in, the $200 is yours.
