What it unlocks

Why teams add Internationalization

Multi-language reach

Serve customers in their native language — boosting conversion rates 2–4× over single-language sites for non-English-primary markets.

SEO-correct hreflang

Properly tagged language and regional variants so Google serves the right locale to the right user — and you don't cannibalize your own rankings.

Translation pipeline

We wire integration with your translation system of choice (managed service, AI-translation, or your in-house team) so adding a new locale doesn't mean rebuilding the site.

How it fits the flywheel

Internationalization compounds with the rest

Every add-on we ship plugs into the data model and flywheel — not a silo.

Per-locale GA4 audiences

Each locale becomes a measurable audience — so you can run separate paid campaigns, track separate conversion rates, and tune SEO content per market.

Region-specific paid campaigns

Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn audiences segmented by locale. Spend efficiency improves because creative matches the language and cultural context of the audience.

Locale-aware structured data

Schema.org markup, sitemap, robots.txt all built per locale so search engines correctly index each language version of your content.

Common questions

The actual FAQ

Do you handle translation, or is that on us?+

Either works. We wire the infrastructure to make adding/updating translations a fast, automated process. You can use Lokalise/Phrase/Crowdin (which we integrate), AI translation (DeepL/GPT pipelines, also integrated), or your in-house team. We don't write the translations ourselves.

How many languages can we add?+

Technically unlimited. The $499 one-time fee covers the i18n infrastructure for any number of locales. Each new locale's translation cost depends on which translation service you use and the volume of content.

Will i18n hurt our existing SEO?+

Done right, no — proper hreflang implementation prevents the "duplicate content" issue and lets each locale rank independently in its target market. Done wrong, you can cannibalize. We use the canonical Google-recommended setup.

Does this work with our existing Beacon site?+

Yes — we retrofit i18n into a Beacon-built site with no breaking changes. URL structure stays consistent (`/es/`, `/fr/`), existing analytics keeps working, and search engines re-crawl the new locales automatically.
