Who creates the photos and videos?+

You do. We don't shoot or produce original media — all photography, video, and visual creative comes from you (or your photographer / videographer). Where useful we use generative AI to create on-brand variants of your assets — background swaps, color and lighting adjustments, format adaptations (e.g. 9:16 Reels-ready from your 1:1 master), or making images feel native to a specific ad surface — but never to fabricate scenes, people, or products that weren't in your originals.
