Why is eCommerce custom quoted?+
Catalog size, payment complexity, shipping rules, tax jurisdictions, and integration scope (ERP, fulfillment, subscriptions) all change the price meaningfully. A 50-SKU US-only Stripe checkout is a totally different build than a 5,000-SKU multi-region store with subscriptions and EU VAT.
What's the recurring fee for?+
eCommerce sites need more ongoing care than marketing sites — product launches, seasonal pricing, payment-processor updates, tax-rule changes, fraud monitoring, and platform updates. The monthly fee covers that ongoing maintenance plus catalog and checkout optimization based on conversion data.
Do you use Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom?+
Depends on scope. For most small-to-mid catalogs we build on Shopify (often headless, with the storefront on our stack) for the payment + tax infrastructure without the speed compromises. For larger or unusual stacks we go custom on Stripe / Mollie / Adyen. We pick after scoping.
Can you migrate my existing store?+
Yes — usually scoped together with the eCommerce add-on. Product data, customer accounts, order history, and existing SEO URLs are all migrated with 301 mapping. See the Data Migration add-on for the migration mechanics.
Does this work with my existing fulfillment / ERP?+
Yes — we integrate ShipStation, ShipBob, NetSuite, Cin7, Linnworks, or custom ERPs depending on what you run. Order routing, inventory sync, and shipping rates flow between systems automatically. Specific integration scope is part of the quote.
