Terms of Service

By accessing and using BeaconVert's digital marketing services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all services provided by BeaconVert, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") to you ("Client" or "you").

BeaconVert provides subscription-based digital marketing services including but not limited to:

• Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising management on Google Ads and Bing Ads

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) services

• Custom website development and maintenance

• Google My Business optimization

• Social media advertising and management

All services are provided on a monthly subscription basis with pricing starting at $399 per month, depending on the service tier selected.

• Subscription services are provided month-to-month with no long-term contracts required

• Services begin upon payment of the first month's subscription fee

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance

• Price increases will be communicated 30 days in advance

• You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice

• No refunds will be provided for partial months of service

• All payments are due monthly in advance

• Late payments may result in service suspension after 7 days

• We accept major credit cards and ACH payments through our secure payment processor

• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes

• Failed payment attempts may incur processing fees

• We commit to providing high-quality, professional digital marketing services

• Campaign performance will be monitored and optimized monthly

• Monthly performance reports will be provided for all active services

• Response time for support inquiries is typically within 24-48 business hours

• We reserve the right to modify service delivery methods to improve results

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business

• Maintain access to necessary accounts (Google Ads, Google My Business, etc.)

• Respond promptly to requests for information or approvals

• Comply with all applicable advertising and marketing regulations

• Notify us immediately of any changes to your business or contact information

• All campaign creative, website designs, and marketing materials created by BeaconVert remain our intellectual property until final payment is received

• Upon full payment, Client receives a license to use delivered materials for their business purposes

• Client retains ownership of their trademarks, logos, and pre-existing content

• BeaconVert retains the right to showcase Client work in our portfolio with permission

• While we strive for optimal results, digital marketing outcomes cannot be guaranteed due to the competitive nature of online advertising

• We provide transparent reporting and continuous optimization

• If campaigns consistently underperform, we work collaboratively to improve results

• No refunds are provided based on performance outcomes

• Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice

• Immediate termination may occur for material breach of terms

• Upon termination, all outstanding fees become due immediately

• Client data will be returned upon request within 30 days of termination

• All intellectual property rights revert to their original owners

• BeaconVert's total liability under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by Client in the 12 months preceding the claim

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• We are not responsible for third-party platform changes or outages

• Client assumes all risks associated with digital marketing activities

• Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information

• This includes business strategies, client data, and trade secrets

• Confidentiality obligations survive termination of this agreement

• Information may only be disclosed as required by law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas

• Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas

• Texas state courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings

• Client agrees to submit to the personal jurisdiction of Texas courts

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time

• Changes will be communicated via email 30 days in advance

• Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of new terms

• Material changes may require Client consent for continued service
